Are we chubby chaps because we choose to be (I.e. enjoy being chubby); don't like the idea of exercising strenuously enough to leave the chubby club; or some other reason?
Me, I hate the idea of starting an exercise routine but a week into it I start enjoying the endorphins... but then something always makes me stop for a bit and I'm back to my old ways. Love my fizzy pop too much! |
