And other fruits?

I've just bought some chilled pineapple slices but they're making my teeth ouchie.

I prefer room temperature

Most fruit is nicer at room temperature, I think. I don't eat plums though!

23 degrees C for banana's.

I have a really interesting life and I watched a documentary on them once. It puts all the bacteria on pause and keeps them fresh. All the trucks/distribution plants are kept at this temperature on their journey from jungle to shop.

Cold fruit only in cold drinks! ( or if you’re like me freeze and use as ice cubes)

Grapes, cherries, melon I keep in the fridge

Apples, bananas, satsumas etc at room temperature
