Used to love a T bone back in the day.

Best steak I ever has was in a steakhouse in Toronto...covered in garlic butter, still sizzling, melt in the mouth....mmmn.

I normally go medium rare but last week I undercooked a sirloin so it was still rare and it was bloody lovely
