So I bought my first houseplant

It's green and red and I called it pancake.

I've messaged a few people on here and they don't seem to want to engage in plant chat.

What boring conversations do you enjoy?

Hello!

I'll talk plants! To be fair I'll talk most things apart from the predictable free wank material sex stuff. Just because it's a sex based site that's just a small part of who we are.

I bloody love arbouriculture too!

Today I got super excited as I came across a book in the chchchcharity shop I'd been on the look out for for 5 years! It's about stacking wood! Pmsl! Its the small things,

So tell me about Pancake

I've got loads of plants... Thanks to a lovely neighbour.

Tradescantia zebrina and tricolour are my favourite, they grow really quickly.

I often have cuttings if anyone would like a new plant baby

Well having one plant, that I can't even name means it's gonna be a short conversation. Much like discussing music and only having heard Chesney Hawkes. ??

Indoor plants can be rather fickle, central heating can be a problem too it's not you hun, they just aren't sturdy enough for your life. My garden plants and veg need to be hard as nails! No fuss and fapping with me!

You know you can bonsai anything right, a shrub cutting will work.

I'm not a big bonsai fan personaly but that's because anything that sniffs of order and control makes me want to rebel! Haha!

But now you've said it I'm eyeing up the baby shrubs I've grown from cuttings!

I can't say that I do. I dust them and water them and they don't die so I must be doing something right - although I need to research how to repot my cactus as it's a bit lopsided and fell over so the new growth on the top is a bit wonky - it's currently surrounded by a bamboo skewer fence to stop it from falling over again...

Ooooo, this is just me.

Now you have one OP, you'll soon be overrun.

I like saving the sad ones, they reward me by growing so fast I need to rehome them.

I'm battling for space with two monsteras that have found their spot at the moment although I have a hoya that's jealous and wont grow/wont die.

Just sits there blaming me for something.
