It has to be the "Hi" or "Wanna chat?" or any other unconstructed message.
We try to reply to every message and put the guys and it's mainly guys straight in where their message falls short of an introduction. |

It's not all about the message dude! Many women on here (by here, I mean the forums) have said in plenty of 'how do I get noticed' posts, that they will check a profile and read the bio to decide whether or not to read the message... I'd suggest maybe you start there my friend 
Once you're happy with that, then the first message doesn't get any easier... but hopefully you're on the front foot

I honestly don’t mind short messages as long as their profile is worth reading.
I will always look at the profile text and pictures first before replying or deciding not to bother. In my case someone who has an active interest in Tgirls and ideally verifications as well.
So these people will always get a reply and hopefully if there’s enough attraction a meet as well |

The worst (or best!) ones would have to be a one line message followed by a request for our face pictures. Without sending theirs first. Bonus points when it comes from a profile with no public pictures or verifications (despite having joined over a year ago) and the dreaded "fill in later" on their bio.
Besides the creative brilliance of the above, I'd say the worst messages we receive are ones where the tone of it reeks of self entitlement. Thankfully, we hardly ever get those! |
