Mince meat in onions; garlic; couple of reduced salt oxo cubes; parsley; loads of mint (for stomach). I prepared it last night so it's been simmering in the slow cooker over night. Ready for later on!
The whole house smells really nice...
I'll prepare some brussels; sweetcorn; carrots; brocoli; cauliflower. Then I'll make some garlic mashed potatoes from microwaved baked potatoes.

It was lovely mate pretty much spicy, battered fish pieces.
I'd highly recommend Nasi Goreng rice too, you can get packs from LIDL but you can't beat it homemade |
