I like my bacon cooked in a very specific way

I'm not as fussy with sausage

So sausage is the safer bet

Hard to choose crispy unsmoked back bacon or the sausages for the butchers in town.....no going to say both with fried egg yummy

You can’t exactly use sausage on a BLT or bacon on sausage and mash.
