Bore da dear Friends Fabbers and Forumites.
I hope you all have the most jolly day . I know it will be a very exciting and emotional day for many.
So if it feels too much , just take some time out , maybe a walk in nature , its good for calming yourself .
Good luck to the near neighbours in their sporting endeavours this evening .

Good morning all early rise washing out dog walked long drive to Newquay for me to pick up my daughter after she broke her leg on a night out and the coach company will not let her n with a cast on hopefully

Is the 10miler an event or just training? We have a half marathon event going on here in Farnborough this morning but I’m not up to that distance yet. 10km is the one for me right now, but working up to the 10 milers |

It's a training run, not an event. We actually did 7 miles today as we have started following a 16 week training plan for a marathon in October, and week 1 long run is 7 miles.
Building up your distance is always hard work no matter what distance you are trying to achieve. Good luck with your training
