I don't have one any more, I had to have surgery and the time I was in recovery it more or less healed up (about 24hours).

I had mine done about 18mths ago. I love it , easiest piercing I've ever had, healing time super quick.
I can't say it's helped me orgasm more as in my case that's down to blokey type things capabilities. I am aware of it and it has heightened my sexuality though.
It is our bond instead of a collar so it reminds me sexually I'm Sirs which in turn arouses me.
