Love seeing pics that show boobs that have been enhanced, scrolling through seeing before and after. Would love to hear how folks who have had the surgery feel it's changed their sex lives. Increased confidence etc and is it worth the investment? |

I would love to change my face and boobs but I can't afford it and due to lufe circumstances I don't know when I would be able to afford surgery.
Mine are so tiny, especially given that I'm not a tiny dress size. Most my size would be a couple of cups bigger I think.
I would love to know what enhanced boobs look like and what happens if you lose or gain weight.
I have to say BustyBelle I'm so envious of your figure! |

I was going to send you a nice supportive message (not so much about appearance, mostly about other things), but your chat filters wouldn't allow me to. If you'd like to hear what I have to say send me one so I can reply x |

I love my boob job. This is my second boob job
Also had a stack of face feminisation years ago which will be getting touched up after Xmas
Surgery is great if if it’s for you / fixing defects / problems etc. Risk comes with many things in life Breast surgery is relatively low risk if done properly and with specialist surgeons not cookie cutter all you can eat ones .

I've had mine done.
Personally I think all those that go on about how natural boobs are better are shaming those that have them and those that like them or into them.
With any op there is risk, you have to educate yourself on what those are beforehand like you would for any op you'd ever have.
I didn't do it for my sex life but it's something I'm glad I've done and have never regretted. |

It’s not the boo job as such, it’s the difference in her confidence that having one can make. It isn’t dangerous and if it makes for a healthier and happier mind, there is nothing wrong with it.
I presume by the term ‘boob job’, it means reduction as well, not necessarily only enlargement. |

"All natural here. Some enhanced ones look terrible though..like 2 round balls that just sit there!"
If i ever was to, which right now i don't think i would, I'd have the tear drops. More natural looking, you don't see the implant outline like the usual ones, so they aren't like balls.

If a woman doesn't have a lot of breast tissue to start with or body fat for that matter it can be very hard to make an implant look completely natural despite the shape. The bigger a woman goes the harder it gets.

"Natural all the way. Why have something that isn’t real. "
Well, there could be a whole raft of reasons, ranging from self-confidence to medical (eg mastectomies). I hope this provides some degree of an answer to your very simplistic (and, with respect, naïve) question.
It also conveys negative implications into the desirability of breast surgery, which isn't helpful. It isn't just about "I want bigger boobies", though even if it were that's the choice of each individual; they shouldn't be made to feel bad about their choice or prospective choice, which is unfortunately how someone reading this post (and possibly others on this thread) may well be made to feel. |

"Natural all the way. Why have something that isn’t real. "
See they are real as they are in your body. They become part of you. I don’t even feel I have silicone inside myself as our brain readjusts and the body adapts .
The texture can vary but that’s really down to other factors. I have friends with so soft boobs and with implants , equally I have friends with natural boobs that are firm like muscle .
It’s about doing it for yourself not others. Mine are quite firm but they bounce / wobble when I walk but not like natural ones of a similar size.
Thsts ok with me I like the look I have got it makes me happy and boosted my confidence in clothing day to day .
There is a multitude of reasons why people get surgeries from reconstruction to esteem issues |

Re: shaming/negativity on breast surgery comments.
I've read all the posts and I don't think there have been. People have expressed their views that's all.
Freedom of expression is a fundamental human right (Article 19 of Human Rights). It of course comes with responsibility.
There is the responsibility of both the speaker and the listener on how they give and receive the infomation.
Interpreting a view as shaming ect is steeped in our own mind, experiences, the blue print we have been given as we grew.
Comments that are racist sexist homophobic antisemitic ought to be challenged. Yet I see a sleuth of language used in these threads that go unchallenged.
Body modification is a personal choice but as a society media magazines ect have moulded a perception of what a person should look like.
Excepting ourselves and others differences appears to be a non entity.
Yet this is the foundation.
Would I have a boob job? Very unlikely, I see it as a deep down confidence accepting yourself thing, our body is our body to not be happy about it is to compare ourselves rather than just be. We don't even realise we are doing this it's so deeply ingrained in society and our selves. It's easy to change the external and there are people happy to exploit and take your money. But it doesn't matter what you do to your outside, where you move to you are always with you, if something needs changing it's usually the inside, how we think see ourselves. What is seen to be womanly or manly.
But what is womanly and manly?
Isn't it better to work on confidence insecurities sense of self?
Shaming is 'well she was asking for it look at what she was wearing'.
Putting someone off surgery...good! If all it took was some differing views on a subject, then clearly the arent sure about it, they have their own reservations.
I'd rather they made an informed choice. If all you have is a hammer everything looks like a nail.
To summarise, recognise your own inference, think, not eveything is a battle, check, is your interpretation thier intention.

You are great at virtue signalling. Nonetheless, a question was asked and it was answered. I am sure if people want surgery then they are sure as hell aren’t looking at a swingers site for confirmation of their decision |

Problem with year drop or anatomical implants is 1) they cost around 8 to 12 thousand pound. 2) if they rotate (which some implants can) you’re gonna have a weird shaped pair of breasts.
Also with regards to seeing the outline of an implant it has nothing to do with the shape it’s about the individual not having enough breast tissue to cover the implant. This normally happens when they want to go too big for their frame. A good surgeon (like mine was) would tell you what you can achieve realistically. I had no choice on the size. I was only allowed to have sub muscular implants (behind my chest muscle) and was only allowed to go two cup sizes bigger as that’s all my existing breast tissue would cover.
Love people commenting on things when they haven’t even had the procedure so technically know fuck all about it. |
