So, every Saturday I cook up a batch of fresh pizza dough for the teens, they pretty much have the same toppings!
Me, I would have, prosciutto, mozzarella, pesto, sundried tomatoes topped with rocket and a balsamic glaze.
What about you? No points lost for pineapple btw

I like the simple neapolitan one, tomato, buffalo mozzarela, fresh basil and a little bit of olive oil. However, they use mozzarella aa it is a cheese with mild taste so that one can taste the other ingredients.
I find that Dutch Gouda offers a superior taste. Other topics that I could have on a a pizza could be bacon, a good quality of ham and green pepper. Alternatively I like tomato, gouda cheese, black olives, green peppers and some crumbled Greek feta cheese (towards the end). |

I'm doing this tomorrow for my kids for the footie final. My youngest drew Italy in his class sweep sake. So we are having an Italian night.
The kids will be boring and have cheese and ham. Mine will have sun dried tomatoes, salmami Milano, oregano from the garden and if I'm feeling decadent there will be some truffle oil too. I'm now blinking hungry as |

for a sweet pizza, trying something like an apple crumble but on a pizza base.. Works out really nicely. |
