I am addicted to this !!! the books and the tv series....

Can't wait for season 3 to start and just finished all the books !!!!

If you follow the tv series and haven't read the books !!! boy are you in for some shocks and surprises !!!

No spoilers from me lolo but I am gagging for the next book to come out.

As an avid reader of SF books this has now gone to the secon position in my all time fave books.....

you should try the Raymond Fiest books starting with magician !!!!

well written easy to read not bogged down with reams of detail !!!!

However there are now a hell of a lot in the series lol

A great read and it only spans 2 books is Hiero's journey by Stirling E Lannier take a look I am sure you will like them

Ive read the rift war saga and the tsarannunai books none iof which lived up to the potentian of The Magician.

Robin Hobbs Assassin trilogy was excelent but, reading out of the subject Peter F Hamilton and Steven Baxter are where its at in World let alone British Sci Fi \ fantasy reading

In the riftwar series I think Silverthorn was the weakest.

However I love all the books from fiest except the Daughter of the empire books !!!.

As for the 2 authors you have mentioned I haven't read any of theirs yet !!! but will do.

For some reason I couldn't get into Hobbs !!! but will try again.

Harry Harrison - Deathworld trilogy a great read....

Christopher Stasheff - A warlock in spite of himself another great read !!! the follow on's not as good....

If you are looking for crime thrillers that are easy reading look up Robert Crais and his Elvis Cole books !!!!
