Thats brilliant.
Don't be disheartened when the weight starts coming off more slowly, because it will.
1 lb a week is a stone in just over 3 months and that's amazing.

That's a great result op. I always remember the guys having big losses when eve I went to SW.
I am just trying to stick to a calorie deficit and track my food on my fitness pal. Its slow going which is frustrating but hopefully sustainable. |

Nice job buddy (and everyone else in here!) I’m down nearly 3.5 stone now and trust me when I say, it only gets better!
If you haven’t already, start taking pictures in the same place/pose/lighting every other week (or every month, whatever) so that you can look back and see the progress. I’ve found it really motivating when you’re at a plateau to see how far you’ve come! |
