Been pushing myself lately 45 mins cardio (rowing, running and cycling) then 45 mins on two body parts.
What's helped massively is high cardio low impact yoga, stopped any nagging injuries and helped my core and flexibility.
Love gym and exercise, massive help not just for looks but also mental health. |

Morning miss A, ive done my 5am peloton session with my pals this morning, off to the gym after work.
Ill be training 'pull' back & bi's tonight with a 30 min leg session thrown in |

Been the last 2 days where I did back and bis, then chest and tris with a bit if abs.
Today is supposed to be a rest day but going cricket training. No rest for the wicked, eh? |
