Great shame. It could be some time before another human sets foot on a different planet again.

Telling nik in 20,000 years people will still know his name and his prints will still be there.

Not many people deserve the title legend.what he did was the greatest moment in human history.

How often do you get the 'where were you moment' that is positive

As for Mars though, will anyone survive that journey? are the logistics possible now to support human life over the journey there and back?

so many problems to solve to do it... we have to do this ultimately. It would be a great shame if we didn't carry on exploring.

"why make the same forum again "

Because the first forum, dedicated in the memory of one of historys greatest achievements, led by Mr Armstrong, was sidetracked.

Neil Armstrong... May your memory, like your footprints, never fade.

Thankyou... RIP.

Think our planet is just one special place. We are so lucky to be here and understand (that we have lived). Our border collie does not realise this, but it does not stop him being a lovely being. We may be a product of the big bang and it will all end in a couple of billion years and when our sun dies and we all disappear down a black hole. There will be another big bang and eventually another fabswingers lol

take care

love Marge
