It's the same attitude behind the wheel of a car as it is behind a keyboard. They feel protected.

It's nice to be nice and the vibes you get from the recipient is very noticeable.

I believe the vast majority of people are good and kind. But the small few who are not seem incredibly good at making themselves seem and heard.
