I was working in a Shopping Mall this week and I signed up a women. I therefore was given this ladies details e.g. Phone number, later this week I was looking through profiles here on fab and I'm almost 100% certain this women is one half of a FF couple but the profile has been inactive for 2month

Now I have the dilemma is it morally wrong to txt this women?

If it was you would you be pissed off if someone txt you?

I can't believe you're asking this question.

You're seriously asking if it's OK to take someones number, that they gave you for business purposes only, to text them to see if they're a swinger?

Yeah, why not - go for it.

Just be prepared to be signing on when she reports you to your company for misuse of data protected information.

I would be absolutely fucking livid! Real life and this are totally separate. If she was looking to meet she'd be on here regularly, not with an inactive profile.

And do you not think its totally unprofessional to use her information for this when you got it through work?

I can't believe you are even asking the question, your own common sense should have kicked in.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

That's not a dilemma - that's a crime. Also a good way of ensuring that no one will ever want to sign up for anything again. Of course you may work for the company that has already got a similar case to this that is being investigated... When in work mode try working.

Aww leave him alone, it was obviously just wishful thinking. If he'd seriously wanted to text her he would have.

Disaster averted.

PS It confirms why I have never given any personal information to people who stop you in shopping centres

Heads are the best things for thinking with. Your subsequent responses show that you have one in there along with a bit of sense - always a good thing to see.

True - good to see that there were no toys thrown out of prams in any follow-up messages!

I personally believe it would be unethical to contact the said lady when she gave her personal information to your employer via you.

If I were that person and were contacted out of the blue that way, I would definitely report to your employer for being unethical.
