Does anyone have any good meal ideas for someone who suffers with the following intolerances.... Lactose, gluten and soy.
And has IBS.
Keto welcomed and low fodmap diet.

Bolognaise made with red pepper sauce instead of tomatoes, rice pasta instead of normal pasta. Cut onions and garlic big so you can pick them out. They give the flavour, but not the belly ache |
