Fellas, have you noticed how a woman will watch you, watching sport and get annoyed at your complete pleasure and enjoyment from something so simply, yet pointless, while she has to do yoga 5 times a week to try and reach a similar zen like state ?

.

I wouldn't call shouting and effing and groaning and loudly cheering at the tv a zen like state but hey? What do I know? Maybe that's when a man is truly zen and he's at one with his natural self.

All the time a woman will be looking at you thinking, look at him, he actually doesn’t even know I’m here.

The men I’ve watched watching sport aren’t zen like! They get ratty if the goalkeeper misses, they shout if their horse is last and start using an imaginary whip. They watch tennis and declare they could play better than the world number 2 seed. They keep shouting at the telly “you must be blind ref!” And they keep telling the telly what shot they’re going for in the snooker, only for the player to take a completely different shot.

I’m clearly watching the wrong men!

Never underestimate man’s ability to be thinking of fuck all, that’s why when a woman asks you what you’re thinking about, you have to make some shit up.

Watch a man watching snooker, that is the height of zen, not a flicker.

This is fukin brilliant and probably the best description I've ever heard of a man watching any sport. I'm not deluded and this is probably me 95% of the time

Just finished watching it, what a rider Van Aert is, nearly won a sprint stage yesterday and wins a mountain stage today.
