Hopefully from the 19th of July virtual interviews will act like a lemming and jump off the highest cliff, never to return. A lot of the companies I’ve dealt with had a thing of changing the interview slot, so missing the interview. I’ve come to the conclusion that employers don’t really know how to work with virtual interviews and continuously make a cock of the interview process. Let’s also throw in the odd scammer into the mix, fishing for details. Losers. I look forward to actually going to a location and having an interview with real life flesh and blood people. Wow, imagine that. |

I've had a few decent online interviews, but they have all been with relatively computer-savvy people. I like it because I am at ease at home, and can have a few notes prepared and so on... |
