Too much. The curse of working from home and a general lack of discipline. If the computer is on then I am more than likely logged on here, although not always reading messages etc.

I have also got into really bad habit, since Jubilee concert nigh, of watching TV and conversing on here about the programme as I am watching.

When i have nothing better to do. I wouldnt come on when i was out and about. But i dont watch television much so come on here instead.

First thing in the morning whilst I am eating breakfast before work, log in when I get home if I have not busy, on and off all over the weekend having a rest whilst doing housekeeping

No set times really, although usually moreso weekday evenings than the weekend (although saying that I've just realised it's the weekend now...

I often get very busy with work and can disappear for weeks / months at a time. Not because I don't like this place, but just because when I'm working ridiculously long hours I don't always have the energy to do much when I get home from work.
