Depends on who it is, I met a woman once who had just been stood up and we set up a meet there and then, it was one of the best I've had
You shouldn't expect to get a meet straight away because it's very unlikely that they're free at that moment and I doubt most people want to meet without at least messaging back and forth for some time before hand.
It's possible, but I wouldn't expect it to happen realistically |

It depends on the individual, but lots aren't able to meet at the drop of a hat.
Meets take planning for me, and I like to get to know someone before I meet. Random or on the day meets have never been anything other than a waste of time for me so I would never do them now.
Each to their own though. |

It says on our profile we live 70 miles apart so need to plan our meets.
Doesn't stop the "I'm horny, can I empty my sack in you in 20 minutes time" messages.
