So Here is the thread… put on the time you are posting, and on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being low 10 being high) exactly how you are feeling at the moment…..
Okay… me start!
11am, done all my chores for the day, just got in a big breakfast from my local greasy spoon, going to sit down and watch the entire mont ventoux TDF cycling stage before the game tonight
I think I may already be at a solid 6.5…. |

Probably a 7 right now, doing some chores at home, just had a nice cuppa.
I’m very lucky to have a ticket for Wembley tonight so a bit later as kick off approaches and I set off from home I’ll probably waver between 1 and 10 as the rollercoaster kicks in! |

Trying not to think about the game, which team, the emotion, unfair or unrealistic expectations, the potential for disappointment or glory.

It's 11.15. I was going to put my flags out as I'm getting excited but, it's torrential out there so I'll try later. I don't know how I feel about a possible result but I'm hoping for a good game and a positive result. I'm a 7 atm

I’m hoping England win but I also like Denmark. It’s a lovely country with lovely people. So let the best team win. I just hope it’s an entertaining match. It’s only a game after all. |

14.06: just had my first “butterflies in tummy” experience ahead of the game... can literally feel the adrenaline starting to build now.
Will be heading off in about an hour...
Excitement scale about a 7
Anxiety scale about a 6
Expect those to fluctuate dramatically as the day continues |

For me the final was England v Germany so anything else is a bonus! Won't be any disgrace to lose to Denmark. They have done well considering the shocking incident for them earlier in the tournament. Feeling 7/10 at the mo. |

0 - I have absolutely no interest in football whatsover. Never seen what the fuss is about.
I did try watching a game once as a kid, might have been a world cup game or something. Think it was the game that Madonna bloke handballed it.
I was bored out of my skull.
Certiainly won't be watching tonight.
Sorry |

No need to apologise my friend, we all have different interests and not everyone is a football fan. I do hope you have other things in your life that give you a passion, a rollercoaster of emotion and that buzz of nervous anticipation and a huge adrenaline rush ahead of a huge event.
If you do, then you’ll realise and understand what millions around the country and in Denmark are feeling today.
Whatever you’re doing tonight I hope you have a good one |

17:26 Just trying to decide whether to record the match and watch it on catch up so I can see the end of the Lions match. Or whether to watch the second half of the Lions after the football.
Hmmm |

Not anymore… they pushed it up to a 6pm kick off so not to clash… but because of a covid scare they have had to push it back to 7pm so they could get back all the pcr tests…
P.s I am taping the lions game since itv starts it’s coverage at 6.30… so that way I can watch it in full afterwards |

Manchester (he/him) |
I’ve been a solid 6 of nerves all day and I’ve been trying to dodge the coverage to manage.
Now it’s getting closer I’m starting to immerse myself and I’m getting towards a 7.
18.27 and I’m in my spot, with the same shirt I’ve worn since the start (lucky red) |

07:12, the day after.....
Still giddy......
Well done England. Much as I wanted them to win, something inside me said they wouldnt quite make it.
I'm not convinced we'll beat Italy, but to have got this far is amazing.
