Newry Down

My absolute all-time favourite TV programme has to the unsurpassably tacky, BULLSEYE, presented by James Whittaker, also known as Jim Bowen.

I could watch repeats of it, repeatedly.

As an aside, you might be interested to know that one of the most notorious serial killers in Britain, John Cooper, from Wales appeared on the programme and lost out in the final round.

It is strongly speculated by the police and others that Cooper would probably not have gone on to commit robbery/murder, if he had won on Bullseye.

Regrettably Jim Bowen passed away at the age of 80, a few years ago.

His corny catchphrases were superb, having been honed by many years working as a comedian in working men's clubs.

He the made his name on the TV show, The Comedians, which became a classic, in its own right.

I've watched the whole Buffy series 3 times and Angel twice, currently watch the NCIS franchises and just been watching The Punisher on netflix but I think Dexter is up there because that's what I'd like to do to bad guys
