Hi bit odd this may seem but I’ve always considered myself as circumcised, and previous partners have said I was too, now just recently some on here have said that I’m not , I even remember a doctor as a child and my mother telling that I was at a young age ?? Pics in profile. Thanks. |

well I really didn’t read what you put in the beginning but to answer your question now I have read what you put probably it does look like you have a turtle head so I would say no you haven’t been

I would say your not, unless you’ve had a partial circumcision because of a medical issue such as phimosis, but that usually means circumcising about 2/3 of the foreskin. Maybe the procedure you had was a little frenuloplasty where they snip the frenulum in a similar way to a tongue tie in a baby. If you have a short foreskin I’d say that’s highly likely |

I had mine cut a few years ago the Doctor said it wouldn't be a circumcision just cut from the bell end I still have foreskin.
I've just looked and yours looks attached so its not circumcised otherwise it would be free  |

Erm, not being funny OP, but you've either been circumcised or you haven't.
It's an operation.
Hence the term 'cut'
If you still have a foreskin, no matter how long it is, you are not circumcised. |
