So, just wondering how many lovely ladies here have got their boobs done?
I’m going to get mine done by the end of the year or so, and I’m wondering if you have any experiences to share? Like post surgery experiences, scarring, are you happy with how they look and feel? Etc etc
I’m going to get silicones (I was considering other methods but I am pretty set on them now) but I’m looking into the lighter ones tho they cost more than the standard silicone boobs. Size wise I’m looking to achieve a full C cup or just a slight more. So potentially a 300-350cc?
Love to hear from y’all |

"I've been thinking about a boob job for a while but just a lift, don't think I want to go bigger"
I know you can get anything virtually nowadays hah so you can get a lift without a problem tho I saw prices and lifts can be pretty expensive for whatever reasons xx

Had boobs done 18 years ago. They are saline implants and are placed under the muscle so as to look slightly more natural. It was supposed to be more painful but obviously can't comment on whether it is or not.
There is a faint scar under each breast which is barely noticeable now after all these years. Went from an A to a C/D cup. |

Did you have to do any maintenance again with ur surgeon or that’s it?
Was your recovery painful or manageable? X |

"Too expensive for me so I will live with what I have. If ever they do a buy one get one free deal I may consider it then."
Haha as in you pay for one boob and get the other free or bring a friend and get a discount? |

Had mine done about 6 years ago.
Would say go for what fits your frame, try them before you buy them is the best advice that I can give.
Find a good surgeon and speak to those that have had work done by him / her.
I am on my surgeons website showing the before and after. |

I had a reduction done in December and it was the best decision I've ever made. My nipples are dodgy but I think a blind man would be happy to see them. I healed well, eventually and the pain was paracetamol controlled. Go for it... Is my advice and find a surgeon who you've heard feedback about from previous patients xx good luck |

I had implants in 2005, 380ml over muscle. Following day I couldn't lift myself off the bed, had to slide off sideways! That's what happens when you let your fitness slip.
I had a 38 B/C which after a couple of months became a D, so don't go out buying new bras right away.
Scars are small underneath the breast.
Had to have them taken out in 2016 because they had burst, both with similar sized splits in the same place on each side which I think were probably caused when I had a mammogram.
At the time the implants cost the equivalent of around £2400, I had them done in Belgium. The same company also provided the same surgery in London which would have been about £4000.
No doubt the prices are very much higher now. |

Thanks for the tips! Definitely looking around for some good surgeons and ones who obviously had good reviews as would hate nothing more than a half assed job…
The clinic I looked into quoted about 5.5k-7.5 depending on what material I’ll go for. With the lighter silicone being newer so more expensive
Also I know there’s money inflation but how much did y’all pay? If it’s not an invasive question |

Just under £6000 and then another £2k in bras and lingerie, lol |

Surgeon was very clear that could only go roughly two cup sizes up. Recovery was two week with no lifting or straining. I went to my parents whilst husband stayed at home with our two toddlers at the time, this was to avoid any attempt by the children to ask to be picked up.
Had to moisturize and massage them daily which I did in the beginning but over time this decreased although they still get treatment as part of beauty routines, on and during sex
They continued to be slightly sore for a few months afterwards but there was no real issues after the two weeks.
Did have follow up assessment at the clinic here in Newcastle but other than that there has been no problem and have never had to seek further treatment because of them. They have caused problems for the machines on occasions during mammograms but nothing that they have not seen before and are well capable of adjusting for. |

Ah thanks so much for this! and yes I was gonna look around also in The Netherlands or Madrid or Italy to see if prices were slightly cheaper but I wonder if it’s worth it as have to fly out, get hotels maybe also organise support from a family so. Hmmm
Did you go to a specific clinic that deals with girls like us? Or?
And I’m so sorry you had complications!! That’s awful, did u have to get new ones replaced? X
I’ve got loads of bras for my small size as my beebs are still currently growing thanks for HRT but I have set up my mind that I will want them done anyway as I know I won’t get to the size I want anyway even with oestrogen/prog xxx |

The place I went to was a general cosmetic surgery but did have quite a number of trans patients for boob and nose jobs. Last time I looked for them
it looked like they had been taken over by another company. The surgeon I had was a Dr. Badiali who works in Bologna, prices on the site I looked at were £5500 and up.
At the time I had them done it was cheaper for me to fly to Brussels, have three days in a hotel and pay for a friend to come along than to have them done in London
When I had the implants out [NHS] the surgeon suggested that I apply for funding for replacements, I declined. She suggested that I would only be left with very little material, however, I still have a decent size pair. |

I had mine done with Transform at their Brentford hospital back in 2017 which came in just under £5k.
I had been weighing up all options including going to various European countries but I’m so glad that I stayed in the uk for it. Obviously there’s a few pictures on my profile of the results so decide for yourself on the quality of their work |

My first pair were 325’s and took me to a DD. My second pair (December 2019) are 700’s and took me to a 32H. I’m aiming to go bigger in a couple of years but will go abroad for that.

They do look amazing! Love that there’s no spacing in between and they look very real
I don’t mind mine to be a bit lifted and looking like I had them done. But I’ve heard they can show u examples of how they will look like so I’ll keep an open mind
Around £5k seems about right
And may I ask if yours are silicone? |

They look amazeeee tbf and you look great in your bikini top
Do you feel like they are hurting your back or? And did you get the incision from under the boob?
I saw some really prefer to insert them cutting the nipple and I heard that scarring isn’t that obvious once it heals there hmmm |

No, they don’t hurt my back but I hammer the gym so I’ve got quite a strong core.
The incision is in the crease underneath, it can’t be seen |

Thanks lovely! X
I’m just worried if mine won’t be big enough that the incision might have more chances to be visibile as all id need to do is be horizontal without a bra that they lift a little. Hhmmm.. something I’ll need to talk to the surgeon about |

Depends how much loose skin you have as to the size you’ll be able to have. Your surgeon will show you what sizes you can have |
