Not lost one inside me but had one get stuck inside me and couldn’t pull it out due to a bad taper
It’s 8 inches wide the problem is it has a one inch base
So when you had it in for long it’s 7 inch straight jump come out
Had to next day deliver numb lube and stay up all night and numb my self up and just pull and hope for the best not to rip anything |

Mine was a medium metal jewelled one from love honey, when I pushed it out I soaked my bed. Would have been better in the bathroom but I blind panicked when I couldn't feel it and just beared down and pushed like my life depended on it imagining a&e    |

When I was young and inexperienced I used a straight dildo (as in one diameter all the way down, not its sexuality  ) and it slid all the way in.
Panicked a bit as I was still living at home nd worried I'd have to get my dad to take me to a&e

Using an inflatable plug and the base was very pliable, and whoosh the plug was in like flynn.
Fortunately I could release the air and it was relatively easy to get out.
Quite sore though and it killed the moment.
