Scam or desperation?

I've noticed that there's quite a number of people on here who give thier personal details on thier profile such as kik, Skype, emails, ect. As soon as I see that I think either it's a scam or this person is awfully desperate. I mean why would you give such personal details out in public to the WORLD? But if you are a scammer surely you can't be that stupid as to expose yourself?

Kik isn’t personal details. It’s easy to set up a profile and if desired totally anominous

Probably not a scammer. Could be Onlyfans, cam girl/boy touting businesses, prostitutes, etc.

I ignore them.

Don't they just use those apps to message quicker!

Doubt all are scammers!

One of the red flags for a scammer is to contact their target on a social interest forum, such as this, and then divert them onto another communication medium; or some people may want to broaden their options; use your personal judgement and experience!

And another one is a profile with no verified posts, no pics also

Crikey that's a tough call.

Feel sorry for those who want to hide anything on their profile -maybe discretion reasons or because of any bullying!

Anyway my verification and D/s role play picture is showing lol(now)

Why label anyone ?

As long as YOU take responsibility for yourself no harm done.

There are people who would automatically steer clear of anyone here just for using a swingers site.

Bit less judgement a bit more savvy helps.

They're probably not swingers, they may...erm...work for a living.

"They're probably not swingers, they may...erm...work for a living."

Whilst some of us are more charitable with it.

There and to the left a bit

It could be a scam, it could be they are desperate or it could be they genuinely prefer using those methods of communication, or any number of other possibilities...

...pointless surmising OP it boils down to other users having the choice to either contact them or not and that is the *only* thing that anyone need worry about - trying to work out the actions of other users serves no purpose

We use kik or whatsapp to chat to possible meets as swapping pics and chatting is quicker.
