It's a well known fact that 'online' dating is totally different to the real world. Women do have the upper hand by a HUGE margin. It's like coming into someone's house and there are house rules which you have to abide by, irrespective of weather you (the man) think it's fair or not. They are the rules. However/ironically the odds of finding love, amazing casual sex, friendship, ect, are just the same as the real world for both parties(At a Tantra workshop, night club, on the beach windsurfing, ect). However I found the golden rule is to not verge of the 'yellow brick road', which is ,you knew the kind of person you want.
'Nothing lost, Nothing gained'.
Right that's my rant for the week.
Girls have a stab at me at your pleasure.

"No man has to abide by any rules. They can choose to but they don’t have to "
Nora you know what I mean. Honestly now. You know I really like you. So are we really going to argue/fight about this?
How many messages do you get in a week from men? |

Haha. I’m not arguing. I’m just saying. Men are allowed to be choosy too. They don’t have to abide by the rules and demands of women. |

Maybe it's different nowadays but when I was actually dating most women very quickly learned the difference. A lot of us were quite happy with one offs anyway |

No offence, but I think that's tosh! There has to be compromise in any relationship. Dating is a series of interviews in a sense, to find out if you're compatible or not. Everyone has certain things that they want from a relationship...some things can be compromised on, but we all have certain things that we won't bend on. So women also have "rules to follow" |

But if I read the 'house rules' of a particular person and they didn't appeal then I wouldn't want to contact them anyway.
I probably have a loose idea of a 'type' for myself but always open to the possibility that someone who doesn't appear to be my 'type' might surprise me. |

I'm also lost with regards to the different rules. I think the rules of attraction are the same but you may learn about them sooner online because we use ads.
I'm not sure what other rules would come into play and would agree with above comments made about pushovers. |
