On my white cotton t-shirt.... Won't come off after using stain remover and cold washing. Is it salvageable or should I toss it?

Try dabbing with washing up liquid and leave for a good hour then rinse with cold water, I find that gets rid of most things

Wash on a hot wash them hang it to dry in the sun. Cold washing is great for the environment but rubbish at getting out stains
