Orgasms comes from the mind and sometimes the absence of sex. I have given some ladies a orgasm, just touching their elbow, a trick of the mind. Foreplay can help, a build up of suggestions through out the day, about what is going to happen later. Allow the lady to pleasure herself and she will find the spot eventually. |

I'm sorry but if she can't do it for herself either she's physically incapable or there are mental issues stopping her. The forum won't be able to help. |

Well before puberty I used to rub myself and make myself orgasm. I had never heard anything about sex or self stimulation but I just knew it felt good. I am really suprised she has never in over 50 years tried touching herself. |

She will only orgasm if she is completely caught up in the feelings of pleasure.
If she's stressed, or trying ti climax, I don't think that it will work.
It sounds like she's uncomfortable exploring her own body. To me, overcoming this is the first step, so she can bring herself to orgasm, but I'm no expert. |

I would recommend finding a somatic practitioner, like a Sexological body worker. This will work on a deeper level, allowing her to feel empowered, and to discover her body and sexuality at her own pace. |
