Well had my first social meet last night,
kind of a last minute thing.and all I can say it’s lucky I had changed my mind..
Was due for some fun once back at mine but I had decided on the way back not to go any further than a drink, no way I could have taken advantage in such a situation (she was d*unk)
Time to dust down, pick myself up and move on.

If she really likes you she'll message to make up, and say sorry. And if you really like her I'm sure you'll give her another date.
But Vivacious is right you shouldn't have spoke about it on here....so soon. Should let the dust settle for a few years.
There are some ladies here I really like and I do hope we could become long term friends. |

I would be livid if a meet turned up Dr*nk. Its appalling behaviour.
So long as you don't mention her user name, I don't see why you can't tell us about it on here. If it had happened to a female, they would likely get supportive replies. |

You're effectively giving yourself props for not taking advantage of a compromised woman - that should be a given, not a point for back patting
Also, as mentioned above, discretion appears to lack, which is kinda tacky
What may have been better is to have messaged her and asked how she's feeling this morning / hoped she isn't feeling rough

Maybe she had a drink to settle her nerves and had one too many and it wasn’t her intention? Or maybe the idea of fun wasn’t reciprocated and she drank her way out of it as opposed to telling you straight? Or maybe she’s an alcoholic? |

Yes that's what I thought, is may she drank to settle her nerves, but inadvertently drank just a little too much. However look on the bright side; at least you actually got a date. I read a post by someone here who's been here a year and still not met anyone. Poor person. Something clearly went wrong there. |

It sounds to me that they went for a drink she got d*unk and on the way back to his he decided she was too way gone to consent to sex,my thinking is why did he wait til that point to decide that. The decent thing would have been to not get to that stage and get her safely in a taxi home. |

I’ve read some of the male bashing on these forums and some of you really and truly are hypocrites.
Even if one man says no to an overly d*unk woman after reading this and sets some healthy boundaries it will be a success.
I stopped it going further for safety reasons and I did not want to put myself in a position where I would have to answer some tough questions (especially if she would have regretted it, false accusations are nasty) anything wrong in that?

OP I think what you did that was wrong was posting your date from just last night. What happened has happened. You should have let the dust settle. By telling people here about is I think disrespectful to the lady. At the end of the day it's just a 'date'.

'If one man says no'? - It's what EVERY man should do in such circumstances.
As for the part about false allegations, I think you need to refresh yourself on what the law is. I think you'll be very, VERY surprised about what the law says about intoxication and consent and what the implications are.

I think you need to put yourself in the position of the chip, it very well may of wanted to be eaten at some point but now it’s in the bin and is no longer open to idea of being eaten, regardless of the expectations of a chipless, hungry passer by |

I personally think he deserves it, well done that man, I liken it to when you’re really hungry and you see some chips in a bin, it takes a lot of self control to not bin dip for said chips, not everybody would show such restraint

I don’t even think a medal made out of the free items you used to get in a cereal box would be enough for this man! I have some military medals, perhaps I could scratch my details off and insert his and he can wear them with pride, we’ll do a post with a picture of the ribbon on the medal so everybody will know exactly what it is for without him needing to even speak a word of his heroism |

Even if one man says no to an overly d*unk woman after reading this and sets some healthy boundaries it will be a success.
I stopped it going further for safety reasons and I did not want to put myself in a position where I would have to answer some tough questions (especially if she would have regretted it, false accusations are nasty) anything wrong in that?

As for the part about false allegations, I think you need to refresh yourself on what the law is. I think you'll be very, VERY surprised about what the law says about intoxication and consent and what the implications are.

I wasn't talking about implied consent fella. I'm talking about what the law says about someone who is intoxicated being unable to give consent and what the implications would be had you not taken the postion you did.
I can't actually state the crime you would be charged with as it contains a word forbidden by fab. |
