The Facility

since my Mum died.

Anniversaries are always hard.

They say time heals, and it does, to an extent, but I miss my best friend and my rock.

I don't expect replies to my thread but I would like to celebrate mothers everywhere. Without them, none of us would be here.

Hold onto those memories

I'm not sure time does heal, you just learn to live with the grief. Some days are easier than others.

Lost my Dad 25 years ago and I am still grieving. Lost my Mum 4 years ago and it can be so raw, I am not the person I was when she was around, I'm a shadow of me and it's frustrating

I`m with you, still got my mum, but lost a close cousin who was a mum and grandmother at 57, she was like a sister.

You never heal you just try to survive the trauma. It`s hard losing loved ones.

Does the time ever come where you have days you don’t think about a parent or parents you’ve lost?

Sorry I probably should have started a thread myself but thought maybe others would touch on what I’m wondering
