Uhhhhh that’s bad  … need lots of rest and tlc ~ hopefully you can get out into the sun but then you might end up with one brown and one white foot   … hope you’re not in too much pain xxx |

I went over on my ankle and just snapped a bone
It was very painful at the time but far less painful now, i thought it would continue to hurt lots all the time, although I'm not doing much. Xx |

I was walking to my door after work and i think it was an uneven bit of ground, turned my ankle over and snapped a bone |

Just a boot and i need to inject myself with blood thining meds every day. Told to rest with my foot higher than my bum |

Hope not in the pain i was when i broke 4 metatarsels, and 2 toes along with cracked ankle. Wishing you speedy recovery"

Yes, it will take some time, do exactly what you have been told and ask for physio as you heal if they haven’t arranged anything |

I've been told i will need the boot on for 6 to 8 weeks. I will get an appointment for the fracture clinic. No mention of physio but i'm having physio on my knee so maybe that will include my foot |

She keeps sending me pictures of hers she's back at the fracture clinic on Wednesday. "
mine looks more bruised in the flesh rather than in a photo
The fracture clinic was mentioned to me but i can't remember what they said, i wish i had taken more notice |

The physio will give you specific instructions.... My best advice - do everything they say, to the letter... Otherwise it's just yourself that you are cheating xxxx |

I'm having physio at the moment for a damaged knee (same leg) so I'm hoping he will carry on for my foot. I can't do much of the physio for my knee now anyway ! Xxx |
