Got told the other day by someone I met before “I always see you online”
I bet he was thinking I’m on here constantly fishing for dicks when in fact majority of the time I spend on fab is actually on the forum and having a lovely time with y’all

I leave myself logged in and pop in and out throughout the day. I have been told that so many times: “You’re always online”, “You are addicted to Fabs lol” “You are always here...” before, I used to take time to explain. Now I just block people who say that.
My logging in habits are mine and no one else’s. |

I think it’s weird that people know how much I’m online. I couldn’t tell you how much anyone was online or how often. I think it’s a bit creepy and stalkery if I’m honest. |

Even if you leave Fab open and logged in I think after a certain amount of time if there has been no activity (e.g. clicking on a link) it will show you as not online. |

I got moaned at for daring to glance at fab whilst I was on holiday in Malta last year.
Literally had some guy who knew I was away message me saying I shouldn’t be on fab and should be enjoying the sun.

Too many men on here messaging ladies telling them what they “should do”! Why don’t they mind their own bloody business.
I had a guy messaging me telling me I shouldn’t be on here if I’m not meeting, another telling me I should block all single mates if I don’t want dick pics, another telling me that if I don’t meet couples I shouldn’t go to clubs. Honestly! |

My friend messaged me the other day and said he’d forgotten to log out but he’d showed offline all day.
I leave mine permanently logged in on my phone and I show offline when I’ve looked at my friends phone |

No, I’m rarely on here during the day, at least when I’m working anyway, but some people seem to spread most of their time online, I wonder how they do it sometimes, I’m not knocking it, everyone’s got their reasons, but when you start agreeing with a cock avatar on string theory then it’s time to log out. |

I don’t log off either. But after about five minutes of inactivity I appear offline. And it’s the same with some of my friends.
There are some people that do tend to be on here a lot. It’s obvious they are active because they post stuff on the forums. |

Yep. It's not a bad thing, it is what it is. I can kind of see why people don't like to be told they are online a lot because it might sound like they don't have much else going on. And the other is keeping tabs on you. Meh! I was told this by a forum user and laughed, I don't take it seriously. |

If you’re enjoying it, it shouldn’t matter what they think. To me, the Forum, as befits its name, is a constant mass gathering where I can find conversation and distraction when I feel the need for it. It doesn’t matter to me that it isn’t face-to-face or that I’ve never met these people.
It does not mean you ‘have no life’ simply because this is online. You are amongst strangers and friends alike, interacting, perhaps more freely than offline. I do. I am more open, honest and free with those I’ve met through the Forum than any others in ‘real World’. There, I may not have even had a conversation in the first place as I tend to shy away from them. |

I can only speak for myself, I’m afraid. They may have some function in their browser that may auto-refresh a page, which would make it seem like they’re actively using it. |
