Measure around the back of your balls and over the base of your cock (where you'd put a cock ring) pull it snug and find the diameter for the ring part (divide measurement by pi!) The cage part needs to be the same or slightly smaller than the length of your flaccid cock (measure from the base of the top to the tip) although most cheap cages are only sized for the cock ring part.
