Are waterbeds as much fun as they are supposed to be? I understand that you can get a good motion going. Do any hotels offer waterbeds?

No. They aren't fun.

Went to a party where there were blow up and water beds. Met a couple, decided to play. I sat on the water bed waiting for the others to join me, the man from the couple sat down too and I shot off the bed! Lol. Butt ass naked face plant...not sexy or fun! Lol

Not sure they're fun, but they're incredibly comfortable to lye and sleep on. No other bed we sleep on is as comfortable. There's an old myth that people who sleep on water beds are kinky, but that can't be true can it? Another myth is they're always bobbing up and down and people feel seasick, complete rubbish. (One negative is doggy style is a killer on the quad muscles! )

Back where I belong

I'd be worried about getting sea sick with the constant movement

I've had my waterbed for about 5 years now.

Wouldn't go back to a 'normal' bed now

Most comfortable bed ever!

The great thing is that the temperature of the bed is adjustable too, so you can turn it up in winter and turn it down in summer.

Less tossing and turning because the bed gives you total support.

I'd strongly recommend anyone to find out where your nearest waterbed dealer is and go have a lie down on one.

The only time I've been on one was in the States and yes I felt a bit seasick!

Up North

They’re not fun when you wake up in one after you’ve been on the ale the night before
