Does the gym help or hinder your horn?

I find the gym great for my mental health in general and a good workout always makes me feel better.
But when it comes to sexual frustration, it's a bit of a double edged sword. On the one hand, some tough resistance work and hard cardio can really help work off the horn rage (am I the only one who gets this?!) but equally, being surrounded by bulging muscles and seeing beads of sweat forming on hot bodies is quite the stimulus!
Gym today and I feel so much better for it but oh my, I could have licked the sweat off a couple of them there |

With goals in mind the last thing that enters into my head during workouts is sex.
I also follow a strict “dont shit where you eat” rule so as attractive as some of the women at the gym are, they’re all off limits |

Yes, me too. I always come out buzzing but in general, positivity fosters more positivity so I feel good and want to feel even better. |
