Settle an argument for me over the three squares a day.
I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner whilst the other half has breakfast, dinner and tea.
Who is in the right here and which one of us should be kicked out of the country for our total and complete wrongness ?
..... Waits for the fireworks |

It's Breakfast Lunch and Dinner.
If you refer to your evening meal as Tea it is so wrong. Tea is the meal between midday and evening and is just a spread of Afternoon tea. |

Breakfast, unless I am late up then it would be brunch, lunch and dinner in the evening if I'm still peckish, it would have supper.
This obviously doesn't include elevensis, or afternoon tea or the midnight fridge raid |

Using the same kind of logic why are the staff in schools serving the mid day meals called "dinner" ladies? |
