My friend and I are off to Bristol in a couple of weeks. Any recommendations of somewhere good to go? Somewhere a bit different/alternative maybe?

Cargo at Wapping Wharf is pretty good for food and drink if that's what you're after?

South Glos

Plenty of bars along king street in the centre.

Always a good vibe down there.

North St in Bedminster is quite good too, and a bit different to the centre

As is Gloucester Road, but haven’t been for a while so not sure what’s still open along there

Yes, lots of places in Wapping Wharf. Or the Arnolfini is good. Basically around the docks.
