I don't do lists but do write stuff down that I'll need to remember at work, partly due to incipient senility but mainly due to having a tendency to get overwhelmed with three million different demands at once.
I do sometimes wonder if I had symptomless covid last year because the brain fog does seem a lot more obvious this year. |

I have a note book, well several notebooks but one main one for "stuff to do".
When my mum calls with a shopping list I note the stuff down in it, I list things I need to buy, stuff I've seen on the net that I want to look at later etc. When my mum has one of her frequent hospital or care home admissions I note conversations with medical and care professionals in it, that's proved very useful to look back on.
Lists are good I always had a to do list when I was working |

Make lists all the time.
Lists are good - as it get's your mind in the zone. No room for wandering.
Once I have completed a list say for shopping then it's in my head. I just look at the list in the supermarket see if I have remembered everything - kind of memory game.
However, done a list should be shopping now, today but am on here.
So no, not as rigid as I think? |

I have an app full of lists. Things to do, things I want to remember, a couple of shopping lists, my gym weights routine, and even my bucket list. All sorts.
The to-do lists are very useful although I often don't get to the end of them. Luke |

I have "to-do" lists of varying urgency stuck to my fridge.
I wouldn't know what to do without post-it notes.
I also write lots of daily tasks as well as important life moments such as friends birthdays onto my calander. I check this several times daily to make sure I know how my week is panning out, and that I don't forget anything important.
I am definitely all about writing things down as memory aids.

I live for lists! Lists for the lists, they feel great to write as if you are actually planning and organising thinhs well. Generally forgotten about and chaos resumes as soon as the ink is dry. |
