My mate cooks his grand recipe version, it’s awesome.

He cooks a great oxtail and dumplings to with rice and peas

Love a bit of oxtail too, my dad played cricket in west London when we were kids, loads of West Indians in the team. The tea was always Caribbean food, I used to go for the food.

I'm a good enough cook so I make most of my favourite foods regularly enough. I guess the food I struggle with is East Asian. I would love to make pad Thai or steamed pork bun dumplings from scratch

I don’t think I have a favourite any more. Steak is always up the top of my list. off to a Thai restaurant later and thinking of having a muscle starter and the crying tiger steak as a main - something I’ve never tried before
