We couldn’t do a proper Xmas in December last year due to Covid and me working in nursing so we have decided to celebrate Junemas! We are with our family we havnt seen since the start of the pandemic, It’s Christmas Eve, kids are in bed, Santa has been and we have all our prezxies we couldn’t exchange in December wrapped under the tree! Xmas dinner tomorrow, crackers, the whole shebang!
Anyone else embracing the crazy or just us? |

It's probably just you, but it sounds like a lot of fun and a well overdue family gathering. I hope everything goes well, walking off the Christmas pudding in the summer heat would put me off. It's a big meal. |

I think that is a fabulous idea, enjoy, in this crazy time, and with the months of isolation, I think it's just wonderful and I often have crazy moments, life way too short and Christmas in June sounds fun, my sister does that in Australia |

We have so many things to celebrate in the Summer there wouldn't be time, but loving the idea! Take lots of pics for memories
I sat at camp fire yesterday. We lit it up painstakingly because of the wind and hordes of kids trying "to help" .. and it was great to sit on a tree stump in a circle and enjoy staring right into it. I think I need more silence now than big gatherings though.. |
