So I've been doing a bit of thinking and ranked the days of the week in what I feel like is the worst day-best.
Tuesday: Worst day in the week for me because you're well into the swing of things at work but there's still so many days left before the end of the week.
Monday: You're nice and refreshed from the weekend. Granted, nobody likes a Monday but things start off slowly in terms of work as everyone's still reminiscing about what they were up to over the weekend.
Wednesday: Hump day. So you're over the hill so to speak. It doesn't look so bad as you only habe a couple of days left after this.
Thursday: The feel good feeling starts to kick in as you know it's Friyay tomorrow.
Sunday: Not one of my fav days to be honest because you can only enjoy half of the day. Once you get to around 7pm, you automatically start thinking about going to work the next day and doing all your prep.
Friday: Of course, everyone loves a Friday. You've made it through the week unscathed and there's only a few hours to go before wine o'clock. The only reason this is 2nd best on my list is because you still have to work on the day itself of course.
Saturday: This is the most perfect day of the week. You wake up knowing you can chill out and that you still have another day left for a lie in. Most meet ups and gatherings tend to be on this day too.
So what does everyone else think? How do the days rank in your personal lives? Are they different to mine..or do some of you out here agree with mine? |

"I work 4 or 5 x12 hour shifts over all 7 days so each day is equal to the others
Ouch!
So when do you ever get to rest?"
Well there’s still 2 days left unless like last week when I picked up an extra shift and ended up working 8 straight lol.
I’m actually only working 4 days next week so I get Tuesday off and the whole weekend.

Friday - finish at 1, the weekend's ahead
Saturday - freedom to do anything
Sunday - chilled but Monday is looming
Tuesday - least busy day of the week bar Friday
Thursday- next least busy day and I can see the weekend on the horizon
Monday - busy day and my God, the weekend was too short
Wednesday - busiest day and should be called slump day not hump day |

Yeah, not a big fan of Wednesday. Energy levels are always on a low by then! |

"I'm self employed so days of the week aren't as important. Saying that Sunday is family day so goes in at #1. Saturday #2. Friday#3. The rest can have a 4 score as they're just days of the week. "

"I don’t like Mondays or Fridays when at work, they always go tits up "
I know what you mean. I think it varies from industry to industry. I'm now in the advertising world and by 4pm on a Friday, things start to due down, wheras when I was in my previous line of work, it was business as normal and shit could go down at any minute! |

My old job, I worked 21 days straight, 12 hour shifts and I ate, slept, worked and socialised with my colleagues! Day 21 was the only decent day and at that point, it was the best job in the world because I knew I was getting 21 days off again where I didnt see any of these folk!
My new job, I work for myself and I love it. Everyday is totally different and I deal with different people all day, everyday. I actually prefer being at work than being off now!?? |
