Right now, my early morning 10km (ish) walks.
Usually start around 0630 (body clock is screwed!!) - they're great thinking time and mostly peaceful as they're partly through fields and along a river - but they set me up for the day and are part of keeping fit so win/win  |

What car do you drive to have such luxury? All I get when I open two windows and drive above 40 is this horrible wind sound reverberating around the car. With in a second the windows are up as the noise is so horrible |
