Mine has to be Monster Musume. I even have all the Manga books.

When something sexy occurs to entice the viewer. It done well in anime for comedic affect while giving the viewer some eye candy.

Here's an example. In anime, fanservice for the ladies can be a shirtless muscular guy with nice abs and for the guys, it can be a busty lady showing a lot of cleavage.
