I've heard of the 'UK cat killer' forgotten what area he was operating in, but he was prolific and had started to branch out into other areas of the country. Hope this is the guy they caught. |

I think they mean how many times do you have to clean up after someone else's animal if the owner isn't taking responsibility |

I think what he is saying is that by definition of a cat isn't wild it belongs to someone. I'm not sure that precludes a change in law to recognise animals as sentient though.

So glad my boy, Steve, is okay! We're in Brighton but he's an indoor cat. He's only 3 but very nearly died due to the pet food scandal a few weeks ago though. The vet said he was extremely lucky to have survived as the majority didn't. |

I do wish though that there was a law that cats had to be walked on a lead and NOT allowed to just go to the toilet in other peoples gardens, if they do then the owner has to clean it up...it's disgusting and spreads diseases...Yes I know that is the same with dogs and that some dog owners don't pick up their mess, and shame on them owners that don't
