Agreed, but the last world cup was 3 years ago and a new generation of creative talent has come through which he is not managing well. We look disjointed and out of ideas when teams set up to defend against us. |

Far better is pushing it a little. We look shattered in extra time, Kane and Trippier went off injured. They outlasted us. |

Modric was superb as I recall.
You could also argue it was the 1st half decent team they played.
Germany seem to be blowing hot and cold though..they were poor against france but battered Portugal.
