I always used to look at those, not in a "I hope someone saw me on the bus" way but pure nosiness.

Only reason I'm mentioning them is as I had a fleeting "moment" today. Clocked a hot man coming out of a restaurant, he looked at me looking at him, smiled at me then ai got embarrassed and looked away, pretending to do something on my phone. Wish I'd smiled back!

Have you ever struck up conversation with someone like that? Or even been a twat like me and regretted not doing so?

I used to walk past a shop when I worked in Covent Garden, lovely woman worked there. Occasionally we’d make eye contact, then there was a smile.

One Friday night, a few of us went to the pub after work and there she was. We dated for a while, then went our separate ways.

I still smile if I walk past the shop even though she’s long since gone from there.

I love reading them. No idea if anybody meets up after seeing the ad though. It's all very romantic.

Yes we still have it in the Metro. I was going to put one in for myself once, thought that would be quite funny

Last time I was in the Metro don't think was a young lady looking for me, more her colleagues in the Met!

That’s the second time you’ve said something nice to me, I’m nervous now…

I think, even if I read one actually describing me, I would still assume they were talking about someone else

Ditto. I'd feel really arrogant thinking that it was me
