Friends yes, as that's likely to mean exchanging messages and well wishes, hotlist not really because, that's only being compiled for possible future meets with those who seem to be somewhat like minded. |

I do look out for certain people at certain times. Sometimes out of concern, other times because I simply miss chatting to them and have a thing to tell them which isn't the same without live interaction. |
